At Twitter Bikes, we are committed to your cycling satisfaction and offer a 30-day window for returns on all premium frames and components. Items must be in their original, unassembled condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully disassemble the bicycle if necessary and place all components back into the original factory box with protective padding to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Shipping and Logistics

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the bike at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
