To ensure safe shipping, bikes are delivered 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What kind of warranty is provided on carbon frames?
We offer a 5-year limited warranty on all Twitter carbon fiber frames against manufacturing defects. Components such as groupsets and wheelsets are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties, typically for one year.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Once your bike leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real-time.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The bicycle must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
How do I choose the correct frame size?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
